Click anywhere in the top panel to start a fresh attractor. The time
series is a projection of the y-axis of this panel. The bottom right
panel shows the 2d shadow of the first three dimensions of a seven
dimensional time-delayed reconstruction of this attractor. When the
reconstruction has 1000 points we can use this to predict the main
attractor (press the predict button when it lights up). At any point
you can clear the series, reset the attractor or pause.
sigma, r and b are Lorenz parameters and you can change teh time delay and
dimensions of the reconstructed attractor (since you only see three dimensions tthe number of dimenstions will not affect the attractor appearance).
The Steps parameter affects how far ahead prediction is made.
Rotating the top attractor changes the appearance of the time series
since the time series is created from a y-axis in the direction the
user is viewing. (Zooming doesn't affect the time series produced).
