Is this your puppy?

This puppy, tentatively named Kinnock (after the former Labour party leader and EU supremo), was mysteriously found in the Castle Gormenghast offices cruelly wrapped in a plastic bag with only a covering letter from Andrex the toilet tissue manufacturers to explain its presence. (The letter begins "Dear Proud puppy owner"). Any information leading to the true owner of the puppy or the person who stuffs them into air-tight plastic bags would be gratefully received.
